Using Windows, how can one save a doc as an HTML file when the two choices available seem to be .txt and "All Files"?

When the All Files option is selected, the document remains in txt format

Save it as .txt Then find your document, select the name and change .txt to .html Double clicking will now open it with your default web browser so the next time you want to edit the file you will have to right click > Open with and select your text editor.

Thanks all!
