If you'd like to open your project locally (no internet connection) and preserve CSS properties you should:

  1. Download your Project and files (images and CSS included), or create the files, and place them in a folder mantaining the structure you have in your workspace.
  2. Set all your link paths so they match the path to your local folder and files.
  3. Double click index.html
