Values not changing in the example wave.. Is this installed correctly?

Hi, just installed Anaconda and Jupyter Notebooks, and I imported the code from the teachers notes. Somehow, I didn't have to install the Javascript extension, as the Bokeh graph showed up fine, but when I slide the values on the waves and amplitude; the figure doesn't change.

Is there still something I need to install?
