Is this a problem you've had with any of the other videos?

If it isn't you might just want to restart the browser to refresh some things (or maybe even restart the computer).

If none of the videos are working, maybe your browser does not support it. In which case I'd suggest downloading the latest version of Firefox or Chrome.

And make sure than none of your browser addons you may have are blocking it, such as noscript, adblocker etc. I'd suggest disabling them for this site since it seems safe enough and has no ads!
