Video "freezes" at 2:57 - 3:07

Just a heads up. Also, when asking a question, any space bar clicks are stolen by focus on the video, and subsequently toggle pause and play instead of space the text in the Ask a Question dialog box.

Thanks for the heads up! I've logged both as issues and we'll take care of those ASAP!

As always, you're the man! For future reference, what's the best way to file issues? Is it here or should I email help@?

Emailing 'help' is the most reliable way. We try to catch everything here but we definitely miss things sometimes! You can also tag individuals for attention here (like @benjakuben).

Which would you prefer as the course creator? I don't want to bug you too much, but also want to make sure you're aware of any tiny things that might be off.

As much as I like to use direct contact as much as possible, working with our support team is the best way since they have a system for creating, assigning, and tracking issues. I have definitely missed some things on my own, but they'll make sure that it ends up in the right hands with a plan to fix things and not lose track of them.
