Video not working

For some reason, no matter the path I take to get to the CGRect and Frame video, I can't get it to load. When I try to download, it gives an error as well. I will keep trying.

I did, letting them know that no videos work for me. I'm wondering if it's a glitch as my free rolls into paid. I hope it's resolved soon. Thanks for the response.
