Hi Justin,

Try reloading the page. You probably just had a momentary bad connection.

I forgot to mention that I did that a few times now. I just signed out and signed back in as well and it still won't start.

Huh. In that case, try clearing the cache and reloading again.

I haven't been able to reproduce the behavior you're seeing in either Firefox or Chrome.

Absolutely. Let me know if you get the same behavior in Safari.

You aren't by any chance accessing Treehouse from a public or company internet connection, are you? Sometimes, these networks are set up to block access to high bandwidth content (like videos).

It is working on Safari, which is strange because Safari is the browser that seems to have the most bugs. I am doing this on my home computer at home. Please let me know of any other ideas to have it work on Firefox, because I would much rather use that web browser.

Thank you!

I don't blame you, I prefer Firefox to Safari as well! It sounds like you're having an issue with your particular installation of Firefox though (since I'm unable to reproduce the bug here). If you have Add Ons, you might try temporarily disabling them. This could help you find which one is causing the problem.

Or, there could have been a hiccup the last time you upgraded. You might try uninstalling Firefox and then reinstalling it with a freshly downloaded.

You could also always try the classic advice of turning it off and on again: restart your computer and see if the issue persists.

Good luck!
