I've experienced this issue as well, do you skip ahead any, and do you wait until the video is completely over? I've found that when I either skip ahead a bit, or go to the next section without letting a video end that it happens. What steps can you do to recreate the issue?

I watch the videos all the way through, I wait until at the end it shows your progress and then I click next. The issue has been around for ages and I usually have to fix it by rewatching the video, skipping parts until I reach the end, even that doesn't work now! Note that I do watch all the videos sped up, but this shouldn't affect it. Thanks for the response!
