Will I be able to run the project files thru VS Code using the live-server extension?

I'm always having trouble with VS server extensions. Sometimes I run a server from their console, but more often than not I use the Web Server for Chrome extension (Chrome browser extension). It works very well.

If it's an HTML file you can drag/drop in Firefox as an alternative.
