Want to start app development in IOS. Where to start?

I'm interested in learning how to code and write applications in IOS. But I don't know where to start, which course.

Can anyone guide me?

I haven't done it myself, but if I wanted to learn iOS, I would start with the Beginning iOS track.

I have a PC and none of the Apple's computers/laptops. Do you know if I can buy an old mac, let's say from 2010 (used) and develop there?

How can I go about it?

Good question. You might see if the first video includes a description of the minimum equipment needed for the course. If not, you might try contacting the Support staff about it.
