Weather Underground API permanently shut down.

Per the announcement here:

https://apicommunity.wunderground.com/weatherapi/topics/end-of-service-for-the-weather-underground-api

Weather Underground will no longer offer a free API, so this tutorial needs to be updated to use a different service.
