Webapp stack suggestions

Hi all, I'd Like to ask you for a stack / Framework to build a webapp.

Goal: building a invoicing and Timetracking App, using API Backend, react Frontend and relating Pages Like Imprint, contact....

Prefrenzes: Javascript. I'am used to laravel and Kind of Like it, but i really Don,t Like PHP :)

Nice to have: easy User authentication, Billing ( Like laravel Spark )

Do you have any suggestions? Or Just Stick to laravel?
