How would I create a website that would have a scrolling feature? I want todo a "timeline" on my website.

12,588 PointsDo you mean something like infinite scrolling? google 'infinite scroll' or 'endless page' where the page (or timeline) will scroll as longs as there are more records to fetch.
That is a good place to start.
