What about other langues?

If you want to put other sheets with other langues like jquery or js, do you put <link rel="stylesheet" href="-----"> or does it change for different langues?

No. CSS is used essentially in all front end web development that interacts with HTML.

Side note: Jquery isn't a different language. It's just a javascript library that essentially makes life easier for a javascript programmer.
