What am I doing wrong?

I am getting a SyntaxError: else len(joe) > 5:

strlen.py 
def just_right(joe):
    if len(joe) < 5:
        return("your string is too shoot")
    else len(joe) > 5:
        return("your string is too long")
    elif:
        return(True)

else statements should always be at the end and it does not take any conditions - elif is going to be between if and else statements.

def just_right(joe):
    if len(joe) < 5:
        return("your string is too shoot")
    elif len(joe) > 5:
        return("your string is too long")
    else:
        return True

When I make the change I get the error message:

"Bummer! just_right didn't return the right answer."
