HTML How to Make a Website HTML First Use HTML Elements

What am I doing wrong?

I put <html> under the <!DOCTYPE html> and for some stranger reason I am wrong. Why is that?

index.html
<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>

I don't see a closing slash. Try

</html>

Youngchul Kim is correct. You need a closing html element, so you need to add a </html>. :)

<!DOCTYPE html>
    <html>
    <head>
        <title></title>
    </head>
    <body>

    </body>
    </html>

I would also add opening html tag:

<!DOCTYPE html>
<html>

</html>

Hope this helps!
