What are the recommended tracks if I want to learn Ruby/Rails?

I completed the Digital Literacy Track. Do I need to also complete the Front End Web Development Track (HTML, CSS, Javascript) before I move on to Ruby/Rails?

I would finish digital literacy. Then do web design, ruby, ruby on rails. [back end webforms and data manipulation]

If you do front end development [front end GUI] your going to want to lean more toward javascript full stack. MEAN STACK.

Thanks! I did finish Digital Literacy, but then started Front End Web Development. But I'll switch to Web design.
