iOS Swift Basics (retired) Collections Modifying an Array

What did I do wrong???

It says my todo variable has the wrong value, but I don't think it does

arrays.swift
var todo = ["Learn Swift", "Build App", "Deploy App"]
todo += ["Debug App","Fix Bugs"]
let item = todo.removeAtIndex
todo.insert("Learn iOS", atIndex: 1)

When you call

let item = todo.removeAtIndex

you must specify the index of the element you want to remove, for example:

let item = todo.removeAtIndex(0)

removes the first element in the array
