what do I press to paste <body>?

every time I press ctrl z it only undo what ive done

Generally speaking, ctrl + z is the command for undo. CTRL-V is the command for paste. And CTRL-C is the command for copy. This is on a Windows system, and I believe that's what you're using. These commands are similar on a Mac though, with the exception that it will be Command instead of CTRL. Hope this helps! :sparkles:
