What do the console hotkeys in Nano do? I don't find the abbreviated labels at the bottom of Nano to be helpful.

Is there a site for beginners that you'd recommend to learn the Nano hotkeys? Why is Nano using different hotkeys than the more conventionally known text editors like Word? (like instead of using Ctrl + C for copy) Are these hotkeys the same across the console based text editors? (like Pica)

man nano - The man command (manual pages) is my go to for figuring out a new cli tool. I'm sure there are guides out there as well though.
