What does "1.2em/1.5 sans-serif;" mean?

In this video, the CSS for the body tag is:

body {
font: normal 1.2em/1.5 sans-serif;
padding: 2em;
}

I understand how 1.2em will result in a font size of 19px, but I don't know what the /1.5 sans-serif; part is doing.
