what if i already did the one click wordpress install?

hi im doing the wordpress development track. what if i already did the one click wordpress install in the first section 'how to make a website with wordpress'? should i still be doing this step?

Nope, you don't need to install Wordpress twice. You should just skip this step if you're sure it went well.
