what if i am using cyberduck?

what if i am using cyberduck where do i drag and drop the new theme? into what folder i dont see a themes folder (twenty eleven ) like in zacs video when using mmap. when into public html but then i cant find the themes?

I dont think you need cyberduck if you are developing locally
