Front End Web Development Techdegree Graduate 34,909 PointsIt's somewhat of a strangely worded question with two lines of comments.
Basically all you have to do is select the ID and then set it's value.
$('#fullName').val(fullName);
$('#fullName') selects the ID and .val(fullName) sets the value to be that of the variable fullName
