I think you are looking for the process variable. Using your examples, the version is accessible under the process.version property and command-line arguments are accessible as an array under the process.argv property.

I'm not sure if it's just me, but this question seems to be phrased very, very poorly. So poorly, in fact, that I'm not even sure it's a proper question. (NOTE: I'm referring to the question that's in the quiz, not the OP's inquiry)
