What is Arial in " " marks in the CSS file?

just curious as to why she puts arial in quotation marks?

Font family names containing whitespace or punctuation characters should be quoted. However "Arial" family name does not contain white spaces or punctuation characters, so it must have been quoted out of habit. That's still valid.
