What is the <Iframe> $ <div id="GOOGLE_INPUT_CHEXT_FLAG"> that also show up in the DOM?

Here is a screenshot of chrome dev tools for the jquery lightbox page When looking for the DIV that we appneded to the DOM, low and behold I saw the <Iframe> $ <div id="GOOGLE_INPUT_CHEXT_FLAG">

How did they get there?
