HTML HTML Forms Choosing Options Create a Select Menu

What is wrong with this code?

The exercise is telling me to add a submit button within the form, but when clicking Check work it says that I have to add the button within the form -.- but it's already there...

Everything looks fine the only thing missing was the closing tag for select. Like what Robert Bourton has pointed out above!
