What is wrong with this function?

I don't know where to begin to understand what is wrong with this function.

strlen.py 
def just_right( string ):
    if len(string) < 5:
        print("Your string is too short")
    elif len(string) > 5:
        print("Your string is too long")
    else:
        return True

Oh, I figured it out. I was printing the string instead of returning the string as stated in the challenge. This worked:

def just_right(string):
    if len(string) < 5:
        return("Your string is too short")
    elif len(string) > 5:
        return("Your string is too long")
    else:
        return True

I believe you need to wrap the conditions you are testing with parentheses.

def just_right( string ):
    if (len(string) < 5):
        print("Your string is too short")
    elif (len(string) > 5):
        print("Your string is too long")
    else:
        return True
