Is it just me or is this question misleading?
Couldn't I technically pass a value without using a keyword by passing an argument as follows?
<?php $greet = function($name) { printf("Hello %s\r\n", $name); };
$greet('World'); $greet('PHP'); ?>
It seems like the "use" keyword is used to directly manipulate a value outside of the function's scope. Any clarification would be awesome.
