What master degree to take for a front-end developer

I am thinking about to take a master course which has nothing to do with programming, but it must be relative to web. I thought about intellectual law, but actually it is not very relevant to my current knowledge. I have been a front-end developer for 6 years. HTML, CSS, a bit PHP, MYSQL, JS. Wordpress, Joomla, Opencart etc... I can learn any new languages by myself, there are plenty source online. So I don't want to learn master programming in uni.

Any thoughts, Any suggestions would be appreciated. :)

Thank you very much. I will do some research on these courses.

If you really want to get good at programming, a few CS classes that discuss the theory behind programming would probably be good to take on the side while getting your masters.
