What´s wrong with this code?

As i understand the question, i just have to make the annotation, but i get a completely weird Compiler-Error.

I haven't made it to this course yet, but the one I am working on is throwing some weird compiler errors, and I see that others are having trouble with various challenges right now. I think the workspace is bugged right now.
