i cannot understand the syntax error and also i cannot understand what to do in the question.

You should also write the condition of this loop. Do something while some condition is true. Print question while response is "No".

String response;
do {
response = console.readLine("Do you understand do while loops?  ");
} while (response.equals("No"));
