Java Java Objects (Retired) Meet Objects Refresher

What symbol do we use to ensure both of these booleans variables are true:

boolean shouldContinue = isRefreshed____isReadyToGetStarted;

// I'm not sure what to fill in the line. I have tried both equals and || True || method which doesn't work for me. Would appreciate someones help.
