What to do?

I cannot figure out this social links deal.....what or where am I wrong??

In the anchor tags, you should add a class attribute and set it equal to social-links:

<a href="#" class="social-links">Follow me on Twitter!</a>

An element can have multiple attributes, and the above now has 2, one href, and one class. I hope this helps

I tried it. Now it's following with "me on Twitter" after the link. Honestly, I'm not getting this fast enough!

Hi Lynn, you will get it all with practice. Don't give up! Sometimes the small things can frustrate a developer in the start.

If you read the question it said you should add the class to both links so your code should look like this:

<!doctype html> <html> <head> <title>List Example</title> <link rel="stylesheet" href="styles.css"> </head> <body>

<a href="#" class="social-links">Follow me on Twitter!</a>
<a href="#" class="social-links">Send me an Email!</a>

</body> </html>
