What's wrong in my code?

I checked this code in the workspaces and it seems to work well. But when I try to send this code challenge an error appears.

disemvowel.py
def disemvowel(word):
    word_list = list(word)
    vowels = ['a', 'e', 'i', 'o', 'u']
    for letter in word:
        if letter.lower() in vowels:
            word_list.remove(i)
    return ', '.join(word_list)

Hey Carlos,

There are just two problems with your code:

def disemvowel(word):
    word_list = list(word)
    vowels = ['a', 'e', 'i', 'o', 'u']
    for letter in word:
        if letter.lower() in vowels:
            word_list.remove(i) # i is never declared anywhere; I think you meant to put letter
    return ', '.join(word_list) # this is returning a comma separated word; you need to use an empty string (i.e.'')

Best,

Clayton
