whats wrong with the dictionary

def word_count("George"): return {'g': 2, 'e':2, 'o':1, 'r':1,}

Hi George, the challenge is looking for a more generic example where the function takes an argument (to be provided by the challenge checker). The function then analyzes the input string and provides the calculated counts for each word.

Hint: You'll want to use the .split() method to break the string up into a list of words.
