When I change my device from iPhone 8 to iPhone 5s the text doesn't completely show?

I want to know how can I make the text show if I'm switching to different devices

In the inspector there is an "Autoshrink" option for labels. If you for instance set it to "Minimum Font Scale" with the value of 0,5 the text will gradually shrink until it is half of the original size.
