When I click launch workspace, it opens in a whole different browser that is locked. How can I fix that?

The launch workspace link brings me to a locked tab separate from my original tab.

Does you mean it opens to a new browser window? You should be able to right click on the new window and choose "show as tab", then you can move it into your previous window so you only have one browser window, with multiple tabs.

It sounds like you get a zip file. Open the zip file (open all), then save it. Don't forget to delete the zip file, after you save the new opened-unzip files.
