When I opened Workspace all my work from the previous sessions was lost. Is there a way to recover it?

This is only my second time using Workspace. The file was saved before I closed the window, but when I opened it again to start where I left off, all my work from yesterday was gone. Is there a way to recover it? And how can I keep this from happening again?

You can rename the project and then delete the unwanted file by clicking 'workspaces' in the sidebar, then the cog icon.

I figured it out! Apparently I had more than one Workspace saved and I opened the wrong one.
