When i try to upload an .apk play store wrtie "You uploaded an APK signed with a certificate that is not yet valid."

i tried to upload a app to the store i did everything as in the video and it says "You uploaded an APK signed with a certificate that is not yet valid. You need to sign your APK with a certificate that is currently valid. "

maybe its because my payment isn't allready singed?

the store says "your payment is still processing, which will take up to 48 hours. You can already start to upload APKs and prepare Store listings but not publish any applications yet"

what can i do?
