JavaScript Node.js Basics (2014) Introduction to Node.js Hello World

When I typed node<enter>1+2<enter> I got a blank line(incorrect) in WS. When I defined variable I got undefined(correct)

Why?

I opened a new Workspace and ran node in the console, typed 1 + 2 and hit Enter and got... a very faint pink number 3 (I could barely see it).

Try again and highlight/select the 'blank' line with your mouse to see if there is actually text there.

Andrew Chalkley, you guys might want to rethink the colour scheme for the Workspaces Console!

Hi Andrew Chalkley

The output colour is now a very faint yellow and still can't see without highlighting...

Just a heads up this is still an issue the 3 is barely visible but yes highlighting is the only way to clearly see what it says.

It's now May 2016 and this issue is still present.

August 2016 and still present, I thought the console was broke till I saw these comments!

I've raised this again with the dev team. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Issue is still there, 3 is not visible unless highlighted. Its now Nove 2016
