When I went to mywebsite.com/wp-admin after setting up the database, it went straight to my dashboard.

Is there a way to find the prompt otherwise?

Did you already install and then log in when this happened? If so, it will take you to the dashboard by default. I have a blog and it always does that.

This is happening to me as well. I already have a site, but I am trying to start fresh with it and use the FTP. Is there a way to do that?
