When IE is opened, where is the file menu to open my Notepad file and see my text? Thank you ahead or forward.

I opened Notepad and typed Hello World. I saved as index.html. I minimized Notepad. I opened IE and I can not seem to find the file menu to open my text. I thank you Forward. Have a Nice day!

Hi Michael. You can just press the ALT key on the keyboard and the menu will appear. Hope this helps.
