When the site is viewed on my iPhone 6 on landscape the padding on the nav links become uneven. How can I fix this?

Each tab navigation looks even on his screen but on mine the padding around Grids and Images become shorter while Media Queries will still touch the bottom border still giving it that appearance as a tab. I want them all to look even, but how can I fix that? By changing the text size?
