HTML HTML Basics Going Further with HTML Root-relative Paths

Whenever I add a root relative path it takes me to a page that says "index of /" with all my files

This page comes up everytime I start up my workspace, I have to click on the file that says "index.html" to start up my home page.

I got the same thing. In the video the tutor is doing the changes for <li><a href="/#about">About</a></li> on the article page, but then shows the links working on the "index.html" and not the "article.html" which where the old links that are not even related to the example he just gave.
