Where are captioning and transcripts?

I've noticed that videos of this block doesn't offer subtitles and the transcript. I don't speak fluent English and this information is very important for me to understand the entire contents.

Sorry about that Diego! I'm not sure what happened but I've sent the video in to be captioned again. The transcript and subtitles should be available by tomorrow.

Thank you very much Milo. I think it would also be interesting to include subtitles and captions on video contests. People like me could understand the request required. This will improve the accessibility of the contents and it would be helpful.
