where can i download more pictures in png and some sounds in wav format to make own website with java script?

I would like to download more pictures (png) and sounds in (wav) format to make a page on my own with html,css and java script.

Seriously, that's what search engines are for. Try "wav format sound" in Google. Or "png image".
