It's not in the ReactNative folder in the downloads section, it only has stage2v1, stag2v3, stage3v1 and stage4v1.

652 Pointsstage2v1 is missing a bunch of the stuff needed for this video. It has all of the same files but the containers/components files are completely empty (in the video they're already half done, with a to do for the rest).
