Where do I download the index.html file he uses in this video? I don't seem to have gotten it with the file I unzipped.

On the Adding CSS to a Page video, he uses a index.html file that I feel like I'm supposed to have downloaded, but I can't seem to find it. I downloaded another project file that contained CSS files.

He uses sub folders so its always in:

namevideofolder/start

so in this lesson id would likely be:

adding-css.zip\adding-css\start
